All personal information entered into nVALUATE relates to use of nVALUATE Services for a specific procurement. This personal information is only maintained for the period the Procurement is active, and for a period of 6 months following the completion of the procurement. After that time, all personal information in nVALUATE will be deleted.

nVALUATE will not sell or allow third parties to access personal information without users’ consent unless required to by law. nVALUATE protects the personal information we collect in a secure database in a secure, protected data centre.
Users may access any personal information stored about them which nVALUATE hold about them, and also have the right to correct information about them which is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, or request for this information to be deleted.
